ABOUT US
TWN boasts a wealth of knowledge and experience in Fibreglass 'GRP' Moulding that stretches back nearly four decades.
We specialise in the design, production and installation of architectural GRP components such as domes, minarets, roof turrets and clocks towers, but our expertise doesn't stop there! We can also produce straight-forward solutions for cladding to shop fronts in pre-formed sections, dormer windows, chimneys, canopies and columns.
Our workshops not only deal with the GRP elements of a project, we also have our own in-house facilities for processing wood and fabricating metal for items such as substructure support frames, chandelier supports for domes and ornamental finials and weathervanes.
Working closely with the client, designers, architects and structural engineers, our team of experts will ensure that your project runs smoothly from concept to completion.
OUR SERVICES
Design and Consultation
Our experienced design team will translate your ideas into practical reality. Working with your Architects, designers and contractors we can advise them on how to achieve the best results with Fibreglass 'GRP'.
Insulation can be applied to the units where required. Additional reinforcing and fixing points can be added to make the units stronger and installation easier.
Patterns and Moulds
We have our own tooling facilities, which work in conjunction with our design team.
We produce patterns in timber, plaster, silicone, rubber or various other materials. We can also apply special finishes and textures to suit your requirements.
For small quantity requirements, temporary timber moulds can be made to be more cost-effective.
Production 'Laminating' and Installation
We use only quality British Standard approved materials, which where required can conform to relevant fire resistance class ratings.
Our own team of erectors and supervisors can carry out all site installation requirements or advise on installation should you wish to install the components yourself.
